The School of Humanities promotes the importance and uniqueness of all arts and humanities disciplines in addressing key societal challenges. It comprises four Research Groups: Analysing Social Change (ASC), Crime and Justice (CJRG), Spirituality in Society and the Professions (SpirSoP) and Creativity and Culture (CCRG). Researchers at the School investigate a broad range of core contemporary issues with social, political, cultural, technological and environmental themes. The aim of the School is to be at the centre of disciplinary, interdisciplinary and practice-based research at local, national and global levels.
