Organisation profile

The Office for Strategic Planning and Institutional Data and Analysis co-ordinates, monitors and reports on the institutional Strategic Plan. As part of this, the Office develops, monitors and reports on institutional performance against both the Institute’s own strategic targets and those established by national policy, including those established through the Higher Education Authority (HEA) institutional performance framework. The Office assists institutional decision-making through policy analysis and also co-ordinates the institutional response to key regional and national policy development. The Office houses the Institutional Data and Analysis unit which collects, analyses and disseminates institutional information in support of institutional planning and decision-making.
