Biography

Hazel Farrell has been an educator and academic for almost 30 years. She is the programme leader of the BA (Hons) Music course at WIT. Coming from a background in analytical musicology, her research expanded into the area of technology enhanced learning, and most recently focused on student engagement initiatives.

She is currently leading a research project on 'e-Portfolio Practice in Creative Disciplines', and is also the WIT lead on the European Culture YONXT project (Youth Orchestra of the Next Generation).
