Biography
Navleen is a SERD Scholar at SETU and her research explores the role of HEI entrepreneurship ecosystems on students' entrepreneurial identity formation. Before beginning her research journey, Navleen has worked in education, coaching, management consulting, and learning and development. Certified ICF coach she holds a distinction in MSc in Management Consultancy from University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Her last role before taking up the research position was towards building a competency development platform to enable users to take agency of their own development at the workplace. This involved conceptualizing content and frameworks for development journeys by exploring theories and frameworks both from academia and practice.
