Description
This study translates the learnings from Kilkenny to another provincial town and measures the key implementation factors for success. Specifically, the project will capture the attitudes of the public and key stakeholders to cycling, measure the coalition building process, and capture the initial implementation stages of the process of building a cycling culture in Portlaoise.
