Abstract

3G networks evolve to Long Term Evolution (LTE) in order to satisfy the increasing demands of data rates in both downlink and uplink, OPEX/CAPEX operators' requirements and needs for low service delay. LTE network is characterized by a scalable bandwidth capacity and ability to inter-operate with previous cellular technologies.
