Abstract
On the occasion of the 1st Rape and Justice in Ireland Conference and the launch of the report "Rape and Justic in Ieland: A study of survivor, prosecutor and court responses to rape," this paper explores the dangerous intersection of constructions of masculinities, men's abuse of alcohol and sexual violence in modern Ireland.
